Promote your business at out Markets!

We are always on the lookout for beautiful new products and gifted designers to showcase at Baby & Children's Markets. 

If you are interested in holding a stall at Baby & Children's Market, please read the below information before booking:

At all our events we allow a small percentage of stalls available to local and national businesses to promote their products/services and will be on a first in first serve basis. Please note: our main purpose of our business is to help out the parental community by offering a regular market for Mums & Dads to buy and sell excellent quality nearly new items at each event. However, we feel our events offer businesses a great opportunity to sell & promote their products and services to a targeted market....Parents!

All our events are covered by public liability insurance.

2012 STALL PRICES - Handmade Stall £15 - £18. Information only stalls £20 . Business stalls £25 to promote & sell. Special all day events £50 per stall.

  • Trestle Table & chairs
  • Your business flyers or vouchers included on our info table.
  • Space for a display behind your stall (display provided by you).

Please note: Business stalls are free to give out information via flyers/bags etc from their stall, but may not walk around the venue giving out information.

Information Stalls:

Promote your business to your target market at the Baby & Children's Market.

There will be a number of allocated stalls available at each Baby & Children's Markets for a business to book an Information Stall for £20 per market. 

Businesses that purchase an information stand will be able to display information about their business, services or products.  Please note: items are not to be available for sale on the day, but rather the ability for you to take names, numbers or offer followup consultations.

Goodie Bags / Promotional Display Table:

If you are unable to attend our markets your business can have it's flyers, promotional information, small samples or offers included in our goodie bags & on our information table for a fee of £5 to £10 per market depending on quantity and market location. Contact the event organiser for details.

Promotional material must be specifically relevant to children in the 0 - 8 year's age group.

BOOKING A BUSINESS STALL

Step 1.  Booking details will be taken on-line by completing the 'Book A Stall' form or by clicking the link above if you do not have internet access then please contact us. Please add our email address - enquiries@babyandchildrensmarket.co.uk to your safe email list to ensure our correspondence does not end up as JUNK!

Step 2. 

You will then receive a booking confirmation from the event organiser confirming your stall booking request with an invoice for the stall fee which is required within 7 days from the invoice date to fully confirm your stall.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cheque
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Paypal

Step 3. 

Two week prior to market day the event organiser will email you the market day information such as set up times, where to go etc and a  'Sellers Information Pack' which is a guide to assist you.
